Can I try the projector and return it if i am not satisfied?

Yes, of course. Open the box, plug in the projector and try it out at home at your own pace. If it doesn't live up to your expectations, we'll help you with the return and you'll get your money back.

How do I clean the projector?

Keep the air intakes free from dust. Gently clean the exterior with a soft cloth. If needed, use compressed air or a soft brush on the ventilation grilles. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaning products.

What do I need to use the projector?

The projectors we sell are plug-and-play. All you need is a power outlet. Every model has built-in WiFi and apps, so you can stream directly without any external device.

Do I need to have a projector screen?

No, a screen isn't needed. NovyCast projects onto any flat, light-coloured wall or even the ceiling, and most customers never use anything else. A white or light grey surface gives the best picture.

What apps does the projector have?

NovyCast comes with a built-in app store with 4,000+ apps, including all the major streaming services: Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max, YouTube and many more. You'll find the same familiar apps you already use on your phone or smart TV, and you can download new ones directly on the projector.

Is the projector loud?

No. NovyCast has a fan noise level of only 25 dB. Once the film starts, you won't notice the projector at all, even in quiet scenes.

Is it easy to install?

Yes, very. Plug in the power cable, point NovyCast at a wall and switch it on. The image straightens itself automatically, you connect to WiFi like on a phone, and you're streaming within a couple of minutes. No cables, boxes or technical setup required.
