At NovyCast, getting your items delivered should be as easy as ordering them. Here you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery.

How it works

1. Order confirmation: Right after your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation by email.
2. Processing: Your order is normally processed the same day. During campaigns and busy periods, it can take up to 5 business days.
3. Shipping confirmation: When your package ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
4. Delivery time: 4–7 business days.

Smart delivery from multiple warehouses
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we ship from multiple warehouses. If you order several products, they may sometimes arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal and often the fastest way to get everything delivered. You never pay extra shipping for split deliveries.

Delivery address
Your order is delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check that everything is correct before completing your purchase. Made a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to adjust it before the package ships.

Always a safe delivery
In the unlikely event that a package is significantly delayed or doesn't arrive, we'll always make it right, with a new delivery or a full refund. You should never be left without what you ordered.
